Roles and Responsibilities :

• Execute layout design at chip, block, and sub-block levels from circuit schematics.
• Create complex layouts for high-speed DDR I/Os.
• Design various analog and mixed-signal blocks and sub-blocks, including PLLs, CDRs, SerDes, LVDS, HDMI, and Serial I/Os.
• Work with analog blocks such as switched capacitor circuits, operational amplifiers, comparators, oscillators, and voltage and current reference circuits.
• Utilize CAD tools like Cadence Virtuoso and Calibre.
• Verify process design rules, electron migration, voltage drop (IR), ESD, and other reliability checks.
• Design and analyze floorplans, power grids, ESD, and bumps, ensuring all required verifications on analog blocks are performed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including circuit designers, verification engineers, and process engineers, to meet design specifications and optimize layout implementation.
